1) Connect the positive (Red) cable to the positive terminal of the battery and connect the negative (Black) cable to the negative terrinal of the battery. |
2) Connect the power outlet (110 VAC/60Hz) to the 3-prong plug of the battery Charger. |
3) The LED of battery charger will indicate the status of the charger. |
4) The LED of battery tester will indicate the status of the battery and alternator/charging system. |
5) To test a battery, the vehicle's engine and lights etc. must be turned off and AC power must be unplugged. |
6) To test an alternator/charging system, the engine must be running at 2,000rpm minimum and lights and accessories must be turned off (Note: testing results will read incorrect when connected to AC power). |
7) Then simply push the "PUSH" button to get your test results. |

Trouble shooting when charger doesn't work: |
1. Check to make sure the power connected rightly to AC120V |
2. Check whether battery terminals are in good touching with wire clip of charger, if terminals are oxidized, clean and connect again. |
3. Check whether battery terminals are rightly connected with wire of charger, if connected reversely, connect again rightly. |
4. Check whether a battery over DC12V was connected, use only with DC 12V Lead-Acid Battery please. |
5. Check whether the body of charger is over 65 C, it will start to work again after cool down. |
6. Check to make sure there is no short circuit or over currency on output. |
7. Check battery with battery tester or Multi-Meter, if battery is too low, plase repair or change batter |
8. Please stop charging if battery gets hot, if battery is bad, please repair or change battery. |
